With the ambition to build Zalo as an all-in-one application and conquer billion-dollar Online-to-Offline (O2O) Commerce industry, we are seeking Product Opeartions Executive for Zalo O2O who has an entrepreneurial and data-driven mindset to join this bold adventure.

- Create and execute campaigns on Zalo platform to drive user acquisition and increase user activity on Zalo O2O (Food, Travel and Transportation).
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations to consistently improve campaign performance.
- Coordinate campaign operations, reports and provide updated information on campaign progress for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations to improve operational processes and internal admin tools.
- Execute other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 1-year experience in similar position.
- Strong project management and planning skills.
- Intermediate competency in Excel. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Fast learner and a team player. Has the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Experience with e-commerce, data-driven operations or performance marketing is a plus.
- Tech savvy and experience with reporting tool (Google Analytics, Metabase, Holistics, Qlik,...) are pluses.
