- Develop sellers' operations & actively identifying operational issues. Ensure operations process (product quality, logistics, warehouse, payment,..) smoothly.
- Support material for training & onboarding sellers to improve their operations.
- Track progress of operations and performance effectiveness. Make decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking.
- Be incharge of internal training and process improvement.
- Work closely with product team to propose new features product or admin tools .
- Bachelor’s degree. Preferable experience working in Online industry: ecommerce/ ride-hailing/ food delivery.
- Logical and critical thinking. Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in BI/Data Analyst skills is a big plus. Good at MS Office.
- Be ready for a start-up environment. Flexible and open to change.
