As a Product Marketing Executive, you will play the role of developing the ecosystem of training solutions for customers of Zalo Business (including Zalo Ads and Zalo Shop), focusing on 2 groups:
- Offline: Develop a network of Zalo course through partnership with training companies in the market.
- Online: Develop self-learning platform - Zalo Academy to become a must-have information channel when customer use Zalo Business.
- Develop an overall plan to build training ecosystem (for initial and ongoing products) for customer base, in alignment with long-term goals of Zalo Business.
- Evaluate the performance of the current solutions and identify areas for improvement.
- Cooperate with partners (external and internal) to deliver results.
- Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality & KPI target.
- Implement and managing changes and interventions to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding issues.
- Communicate effectively with in-house team to support project.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of status and risks.
