As a Product Marketing Collaborator, you will be responsible for implement marketing activities to convert potential customers into paid customer for Zalo Business, focusing on 2 groups:
- Customer Segmentation: Segment potential customers into different groups by business issue, industry, behavior, … based on research and analysis.
- Content Marketing:Design content scenarios that fit with each customer segment to get the Right Content to the Right People at the Right Time.
- Organize CRO’s activities (Conversion Rate Optimization) in accordance with the long-term goals, support the direction of Product Marketing Team.
- Evaluate current performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure goals are met in areas including quality & KPI target.
- Implement and managing changes and interventions to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding issues.
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of partnership status and risks.
