What you’ll do
- Become an expert in Zalo and Zing platform’s solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
- Develop and implement programs to improve the agency experience
- Consult and coach agencies to achieve greater results on Zalo and other products on Zing platform
- Identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience
- Work cross-functionally with sales teams to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
- Preparing proposals; building digital media plans, focus on mobile
- Brainstorming with internal teams to garner the most creative and strategic media plans and RFP recommendations
- Pulling and analyzing research requests using Google Analytics, comScore, Adtima tools and others
- Working with Campaign Management/Marketing team to review campaigns and create post-campaign reports, wrap-ups and package as case studies for advertisers
- Cultivating positive business relationships with clients and sales, advertising, pricing, design and technical team
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, PR, Marketing or Communications major.
- Must have at least 2-years working experience in the same position in Digital Agencies or Publisher.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Fluently in English.
