- Identify, establish, grow, retain and optimize strategic Key account/ brand partnerships to grow their presence and sales on Zalo Shop.
- Co-operate with Business Development team to propose marketing strategy package for brands. Plan, execute and manage varied marketing campaigns and ensure to hit their targets.
- Develop long-term strategy for Zalo Shop branding, support the overall business growth.
- Analyse marketing and business intelligence data at category level and brand level to guide marketing, pricing, and product strategy for brands partnership.
- More than 3 years of work experience either in marketing, or e-commerce industry, or has passion in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong business judgment with a track record of successful sales and relationship management.
- Driven and motivated. Excellent communication capability
- Strong leadership skills; strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Good team player and capable leader, positive attitude and eager to learn.
